Ellipticize

So I use the phrase ellipticize when telling my hubby how I worked out on the elliptical today. So while writing this post I typed it into google and on the Merriam-Webster online I found out it is a word!ellipticize (verb) : to exercise using an elliptical machine. I am not as creative and awesome as I think coming up with a word that is already a word. But at least blogger does not recognize it!

So I started a get healthy/weight lose/feel happy journey at the beginning of the year. I am trying to make healthy food choices. I am walking at least 12,000 steps a day. I am trying to ellipticize at least 20 minutes every day at at least 6 resistance. Ours has 1-10 resistance. So  far on my journey I have only lost 6.5 lbs but it is not as much about the weight as it is about feeling better about myself and being a better example to my children.  So as I continue on this journal I have to move to an hour of ellipticizing a day, please wish me luck!

woo hoo - great job girl - keep it up. It is best to lose weight slowly by exercising and eating healthy than to drop a bunch of weight and regain it over the weekend.
I know with my job and sitting at a computer 8 hours a day, I have a hard time reaching 12,000 steps. Maybe I need a couple of little ones to chase after.
