Yoga

Today I made breakfast and tried some yoga for fun. Madison loves to do Yoga with me. I am doing it because I hope it will make me more balanced . Also we are going to Hawaii in Feb with the in laws and everyone is getting into shape. I want to at least get some sexy Yoga legs.. oh yeah.... But I did lose 20 lbs and then the holidays came around and the diet went out the window.... the window... I threw it out the window. I did not gain weight but I did not lose any either. I think that is a positive right? According to Wii Fit at Scott's parents house I am 27.5 BMI and barely under overweight. YUCKKKKKK... I need some Major change.

I just do not know how to get motivated.

Wow - it is absolutely fantastic that you didn't regain any of the weight you had lost. Holidays are very hard. 20 pounds - super - no wonder you look so great in the Christmas picture of you and Scott. Happy new year.
