Yesterday Jesse came in and told me about Cur. It told me that she was dead. She was hit by a truck while he was taking care of his horses out at Aunt Suzy's Casa. This was a shock to me. I couldn't think. I had heard her whimpering that morning wanting to get out of the back of Jesses truck. I was guessing she needed to pee. I loved that dog. As I thought about it, it brought back all of the memories I had of Woof and woof dying. I have no idea how old I was when I first got woof. I was very little and she died on thanksgiving when I was 13. I get way to attached to animals it hurts. I have no idea how I am going to deal with a human death. I have had two close friends while I was in high school both in carcrashes, which is one of the reasons that I do not like to drive cars. I HATE driving I am just worried about someone dying and it is because of me.
Cur was such a great dog and she will be missed.
Jesse and Stacey bought a puppy last night. They named her D.O.G. I can not remember what kind she is but she is very cute!

post a pic of the new member. D.O.G- said like deeohgee? (Which is funny, because I had a friend that had that for a nickname...)
I think I would need to morn the loss of a pet friend before getting a new one. I can't imagine how hard this must be on you all. I still haven't told Rhayn. I am sort of scared to.
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about Cur. I'm feeling so bad for you all... Makes me want to chase Alex around the house until I catch her so I can give her a big hug. She hates that.. Luckily for her the DQ we had earlier gave her gas so she'll be safe from too much squeezing..
That is so sad. :-( I've never been so crazy about dogs - they could come and go for all I cared (even Peaches - well maybe not her) until we got these two and they're my buddies. Totally spoiled for sure. Molly loves hugs and sometimes she just has to come over and put her front paws on your lap so she can get up in your face close enough for a great big bear hug. Then she's ready to go lay down and take a nap.
Sorry about Cur. Dogs are so much a part of the family. My kids missed one of our dogs when it just had to stay the vet overnight on Tuesday. And I was almost paniced when the vet called that day and said there were complications with the surgery. I thought, oh great, I just took her in to be spayed. Thank goodness she's running around now.
